About the role

Now we are looking for another Group Financial Controller with a focus on internal control for the finance function in our group. We currently consist of 6 people who work closely together. It is a group with high ceilings, good leadership and a lot of freedom under responsibility. The Finance function has a primary responsibility for the Group's financial statements, financial processes including internal controls, sustainability reporting and external financial reporting.
Requirements
As Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for driving and developing the internal control framework across the Group. You will ensure that the business does its internal controls and that it is done on time. The role also includes analyzing and reporting on the outcome of controls, as well as leading and being a sounding board in the change work done to improve processes and eliminate identified risks. You will have a close dialog with our auditors, both internal and external. In 2025, you will also set the framework for the internal controls that need to be set up in connection with the implementation of CSRD in sustainability reporting.
Further information
We are looking for you with a college or university degree in economics and at least a couple of years of relevant work experience in internal control work at group level. If you have experience from auditing, it is highly meritorious.
