AFRY's Process Industries division supports the process industry in sectors such as Mining & Metals, Pulp & Paper, Chemicals & Biorefining, Battery and Power-to-X. In the Process Industries Sweden division we are 1000 team players in over 40 locations. Our service offering covers the entire life cycle and value chain of the customer's business. We are involved from early project phases to investment projects to operational resource and specialist support. Through our unique combination of process technology expertise, project management and multidisciplinary design expertise mixed with specialists in digitalization, maintenance and sustainability, we create added value for our customers.

We have major commitments in exciting industrial projects in our region and we are therefore looking for a Group Manager in Electrical Power, Instrument and Automation who wants to be part of building our business in the Umeå area.

At the Umeå office, AFRY has approximately 180 employees today, and we are excited about the future with the goal of expanding our team, leveraging our collective expertise and creating a strong platform for continuous growth and innovation.

As Group Manager at AFRY, you are responsible for the group's profitability, competence development and are the closest HR manager. You also have the opportunity to work as a consultant in your area of expertise.

Our business is focused on both projects and services in steel & mining, battery and paper & pulp. We also collaborate between the divisions, which is why we also deliver projects and services in energy, automotive, engineering and more. You will belong to the market area North, which stretches from Hudiksvall to Kiruna, and be part of the extended management team for Local Project and Engineering North.

AFRY is a company with a strong sales culture, so you should find sales and customer relations stimulating. As Group Manager, you naturally have a great responsibility for both the development and well-being of your employees and the profitability of the business. You always work for the good of the division and AFRY, and cooperation between salespeople, colleagues and managers at different units is a matter of course.
