About the role

Are you eager to try out what it is like to work as a manager and leader? We are now looking for a new Group Manager to join our team of Geotechnical Officers. Is this you?
As a group manager, you have personnel responsibility for a number of consultants and are responsible for allocating resources between them with a good working environment and good results. You will be part of the management group geotechnics east, which together works to create a good working environment for our section, win business projects and to develop our business further in accordance with our strategy. The service also includes work in chargeable projects as time permits.
Requirements
We are looking for you who have relevant education and background as a consultant. You currently live in Stockholm and can express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. We believe you have worked at least 7 years in geotechnical engineering and that you have good experience of being responsible for tenders. You also have good experience of working as an assignment manager for geotechnical projects with several administrators.
As a person, you are responsible and flexible and good at listening to your surroundings. You have a good self-awareness and thrive in a group with high ceilings where you both learn from others and teach regardless of the number of years of experience. Of course, you are curious about geotechnics as a technical field and are happy to contribute to its development. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
