About the role
With 1500 employees, our Buildings business area is one of Sweden's largest players in the construction and real estate sector. We create sustainable, building-related, technology and design solutions for property owners, contractors and industry. Based on our qualitative offers and products together with a focus on growth, sustainability and digitization, we see many opportunities and bright prospects for the future.
For our section in HVAC, we are now looking for you who want to take on the role of group manager for our team in Västerås. The section is located and operates in Örebro, Västerås and Karlstad. As a group manager within our section, you will work together with committed employees who sit in spacious and pleasant office premises.
You lead the group's activities and support the section manager with the section's work and work with strategies, profitability, results and quality.
You see and hear your employees and make them grow. You combine your managerial role with working on projects yourself, as a project manager or specialist. Our projects are fun, challenging and varied with real estate and industrial customers in both the private and public sectors.
Requirements
To thrive in the role of team leader with us, we believe that you have great social skills, are responsive to employees and that you include all employees in the group in the work. You are a committed and organized person who is keen to always do your best.
Furthermore, you are motivated by meeting clients, developing employees and contributing to AFRY's success. You are driven, take initiative and are solution-oriented. You enjoy and have experience of leading and implementing assignments and projects towards set goals.
We consider it necessary that you have:
- Education with a focus on HVAC technology or other relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience from the HVAC industry.
- The ability to work fluently in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Furthermore, we see it as meritorious that you have:
- Experience in leadership.
- High school education in plumbing technology.
- Knowledge of Auto-Cad.
- Customer contacts in the plumbing and construction industry
