Job description

Our section is a team passionate about improving industrial maintenance and safety in the process industry. Through our expertise and hands-on experience, we help our process industry clients achieve higher reliability and increased production. We also offer health and safety services in areas such as process, chemical, occupational, machine and plant safety. The section consists of 11 employees distributed as HSEQ specialists, maintenance specialists and project managers, established in our offices in Gävle and Borlänge.

Our services include:

  • Operational and Maintenance Development
  • Maintenance Projects
  • Compliance and Permits (incl. Chemical Safety, ATEX, Machine Safety and Pressure Equipment)
  • HSEQ and Safety Management (e.g. HSEQ Management System, HSEQ Management System, etc.e.g. HSEQ management system, systematic work environment management, trainings and audits)
  • Project HSE services (e.g. project safety management, risk assessments, site safety and design reviews)
  • Risk analysis (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, EN ISO 12100, HEA and impact assessments)

About the role:
Are you a passionate leader who is passionate about creating a safe and sustainable work environment? We are now looking for a Section Manager for our Project Services section in Gävle/Borlänge who wants to help shape the future of HSEQ and Maintenance. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the section's operations, leading a dedicated team and driving business development. Your days will be filled with varied tasks such as:

  • Inspiring and coaching your team to ensure everyone thrives and develops.
  • Developing and marketing our services to meet customer needs.
  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships and creating new business opportunities.
  • Working strategically with the recruitment and development of our employees.

Qualifications

About you:
As a Section Manager, you are driven by challenges and are a business-oriented team player with expertise and experience in the field. You have a strong desire to continue developing customer relationships and the organization further. In addition to your interest in business, you are also driven by nurturing and developing our people. To succeed in the role, you have the ability to create and take opportunities when they come, and you see change and development as something positive.

We are looking for you who can identify with our core values: Brave, Devoted, Team Player and who recognize yourself in the description below:

  • You have experience in leadership and personnel responsibility.
  • You have experience in sales and are used to interacting with customers.
  • You have previously had budget and profit responsibility.
  • You have a technical college education or equivalent.
  • You have experience in industrial maintenance and HSEQ work.
  • To be successful in the role, you have an established network in the region that you actively use.
  • You need to have a portion of humility and see cooperation as the key to success.
  • You are self-driven, clear and communicative.
  • You are coaching in your leadership style and have good people skills.

The role requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English and hold a driving license B as travel in the service normally occurs.
