Are you an experienced and successful leader with a passion for building construction? Then you may be the one we are looking for!
Right now we are looking for you who can take on the task of leading one of our largest sections in building construction in Sweden. The section has employees in Mälardalen and Gotland with stationing at one of our offices in Stockholm. You will be responsible for a committed and knowledgeable section of employees where you, together with your group managers, manage the business with the goal of;
- retaining and attracting the best colleagues in the industry
- delivering high quality projects so that we get more returning customers
- creating confidence with new customers that open up for large and prestigious projects.
We will become bigger, better and become the obvious choice among the sharpest designers and the best customers. You will be one of the key people who will take us there.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a social and outgoing person with a positive attitude. You are a committed leader who creates a safe environment and you value that everyone is happy and seen. We believe that you have a civil engineering or university engineering degree and that, in combination with experience as a construction engineer, you also have several years of experience from leading roles in a similar organization.
You need to have a broad repertoire with an interest in developing business, technology, quality and people to achieve our ambitious goals. No one can do it all so you also need to be a true team player to successfully drive our business and industry forward.
