About the role


As HR Operations Specialist you will act as a consultative support to managers and HR BP's at AFRY in the entire HR area but the focus will be your expertise in rehabilitation and labor law.

Your background allows you to independently conduct negotiations and support managers and other functions within HR in legal and collective agreement interpretation.

You are familiar with the practice of employer rehabilitation responsibilities and can advise in an educational way based on that knowledge.

Another important part of the work is to develop processes and working methods and clearly communicate these to the business.

You will also hold webinars and training for managers and HR. To maintain your knowledge of what questions come in to HR Operations, you will also answer calls and emails from our managers and employees in our support channels.

We want you to work with us from the head office in Solna. The work takes place on site, but there is of course the possibility of some home work. You will be part of our team of HR specialists and HR support, which today consists of 11 nice colleagues with a forward-looking leadership that gives you great freedom under responsibility.

Requirements


We are looking for you who have:

  • Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent
  • Very good knowledge of the law and collective agreements (if you know the Technical Agreement or the Technical Services Agreement, it is a plus)
  • Very good knowledge and proven working methods in the rehabilitation process and good understanding for the function of the various actors in the rehabilitation chain
  • Experience from work in the service sector is meritorious
  • Experience in resolving labor law disputes through negotiations
  • Experience in independently conducting trade union negotiations such as operational restrictions, organizational changes and difficult dismissals etc
  • Ability to build good long-term relationships with trade union parties
  • Worked with an operational labor law support
  • A good communication skills and habit of expressing yourself formally in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
