The Buildings Inspection and Management section in Gothenburg currently has 11 employees and works according to the one-stop-shop principle. No one knows everything, but together we offer the customer a complete solution for installation-related projects through measurement/analysis, feasibility studies and construction calculations, design, technical project management, adjustment, coordinated testing, inspection, OVK and maintenance planning.
About the role
Do you enjoy variety? Do you have experience in HVAC and installation management? Are you a great problem solver? We are now looking for a structured and efficient Installation Manager to join our team in Gothenburg.
Requirements
To thrive in your role as Installation Manager, you are self-driven, committed and responsive. You can collaborate in a communicative way with both contractors and clients. We work long-term as a strategic partner to our customers, so you thrive in a relationship-building role. As a person, you are curious and find it exciting to come up with new technical solutions together with our plumbing designers and energy experts.
We believe that you are currently working as an installation manager or installation coordinator and have at least 5 years of experience in the role, preferably with a focus on existing properties. We want you to be a university graduate or civil engineer in a relevant field, and that you have experience of consulting and contract law, AMA and construction work environment.
You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English in speech and writing. And have a B driving license as local travel is included as part of the service.
If you have previous experience as a technical project manager or contract inspector plumbing, we see it as meritorious.
