About the role
Our building designers at Industrial Civil have a broad and solid competence and work with assignments in, among other things, the paper and pulp industry, chemistry, mining, smelting and other process-oriented industries. The assignments are at all stages, from feasibility studies to construction document design. AFRY strives to deliver complete solutions. By using the company's broad expertise and rewarding collaborations with other parts of AFRY, strong and exciting commitments are generated.
The position involves working with your colleagues as a structural engineer with 2D and/or 3D modeling of structures, or performing calculations and dimensioning of structures. The location is at our office in Skellefteå. We are a growing section where you will be a new important piece of the puzzle in our team building!
Requirements specification
You are a junior or newly graduated civil engineer or university engineer with a focus on building construction. We would like to see that you strive to be versatile and want to develop to perform both calculations and work with modeling in 2D and/or 3D. We use software such as Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD and FEM design.
You are a committed and driven person with a positive attitude who takes responsibility for their tasks.
You are a dedicated team player who wants to work in projects.
You are clear and you understand the importance of communication.
You are interested in technical problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
