Are you committed and at the beginning of your career? Want to develop in the field of health and safety and construction project management? We are looking for a Junior Construction Health and Safety Coordinator (BAS-P) to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects and contribute to creating safe and efficient working environments for our construction projects during the planning phase.

As a Construction Health and Safety Coordinator, you will:

• Support experienced BAS-P consultants in the planning and design phases of construction projects.
• Identify and manage health and safety risks in collaboration with designers and other stakeholders.
• Document health and safety plans and ensure they comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to strengthen health and safety competence within the project team.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• A relevant education in, for example, construction engineering, occupational health and safety or other related discipline.
• A willingness to learn and develop in the BAS-P area.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• A structured approach and a solution-oriented attitude.
