Our customer located in Södertälje is currently undergoing significant changes and they see a need to strengthen the maintenance organization. Major future investments will provide a good basis for future personal development and the opportunity to quickly take great responsibility.

As a maintenance engineer for machine procurement, you will be part of a relatively new team where all participants contribute with technical knowledge, drive and high tempo. In collaboration with the production engineering teams, you will be responsible for building future factories.

Your duties will include:

• Working in project form with local production engineering departments
• Conducting reference visits for evaluation of concepts both in Sweden and abroad
• Ensuring that procured equipment complies with the company's technical regulations for production and maintenance
• Develop maintenance plan
• Review spare parts layouts
• Submit work to local maintenance engineers

The goal of your work will be to ensure the quality of the procurements made from a maintenance perspective.

Requirements

We are looking for you who have recently completed an engineering degree in an appropriate field preferably Industrial Engineering and Production Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering. The role requires a solid technical interest while sustainability and economy are important elements to consider.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience as a production technician or maintenance engineer.

You are an experienced computer user and easily adopt new programs. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.

Since the work involves collaboration with a variety of departments and stakeholders, you are required to be flexible in both your communication and way of being. You prefer to work in a team and are energized by developing innovative solutions and jointly achieving set goals. You find it easy to make new social contacts and understand the importance of nurturing them.
