AFRY Management Consulting is a leading advisor to the world's energy, forest and bio-based industries. Our dedicated team of over 800 Management Consultants, spread across 20 offices on 5 continents, provides strategic and operational advice, underpinned by deep expertise and market insight.

In Sweden, we are today about thirty management consultants working towards the energy market, in other words, we are a relatively small team at a large company. The Swedish team is relatively new, from 2020, and therefore we are all involved in building our business, which characterizes our culture. We would describe ourselves as a friendly and ambitious bunch within which it is important to have a permissive culture, an unpretentious way of working and a good work-life balance. We also have a leadership that promotes a collaborative and innovative work environment and that clearly and actively supports your development with regard to areas of interest and your personal career goals. Geographically, we are located in both Stockholm and Gothenburg, but we work a lot together between offices in Sweden and with our consulting colleagues in other countries. With us, there are also good opportunities for partial remote work and flexible working hours.
