Our section at AFRY consists of about 10 junior engineers who sit in varying assignments with different clients, both internal and external. We strive to meet in social contexts relatively often and focus on having fun together.

Why work with me? - Recruiting Manager Henrik:

"As a manager, my first and second priority is to ensure that you enjoy your job. The majority of the consultants in my section are junior and I am both comfortable and passionate about guiding and supporting consultants who are still at the beginning of their career. I am used to acting as a sounding board in challenging situations but equally enjoy discussing lessons learned and positive experiences."

Requirement specification

You have a Master's degree with elements of industrial production, LEAN, production logistics or similar and also have 1-3 years of relevant work experience - preferably a project management role in an industrial production environment.
