Are you an engineer with experience in Life Science and working in an industrial or lab environment and ready for the next step in your career?

We are a dedicated team that helps our clients develop the products, processes and methods of the future for the Life Science industry. Our assignments vary from development to production. We work both together in larger Life Science projects and in individual consulting assignments. You work primarily with colleagues who have their expertise in biotechnology and chemistry. Our customers appreciate our expertise in the Life Science industry and entrust us with interesting assignments in method development, testing, verification and process development,

As a Life Science engineer with us, you will mainly focus on one or more of these areas:

  • Process development
  • Method development
  • Testing and verification
  • Validation
  • Quality assurance
  • Project management

Then, of course, it can be expanded with other interesting areas.We are looking for employees to Uppsala, but regular commuting to Stockholm (or in Mälardalen) may occur.

Requirement specification

We are looking for you who have a theoretical foundation combined with a great interest in working with creative problem solving. For example, it may involve working practically with laboratory tasks or with instrument and production equipment.

We also see that you can tick the following competencies / experiences:

  • You are a graduate or university engineer in chemistry, biotechnology, or mechanical engineering (or equivalent relevant technical-scientific education).
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant industrial work experience in Life Science, e.g. in process development, method development, test and verification of equipment / instruments, validation, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry or biotechnology.
  • You have experience in a lab and/or production environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and fluent English, both written and spoken.

Advantageous experience:

  • You have experience with GMP and/or ISO.
  • SDS-PAGE, ELISA, Western Blot, PCR.
  • HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, GC, Spectroscopy or other relevant methods
  • Experience in organic synthesis.
  • QA/QC, testing and verification, method development or method validation.
  • Experience in process development, process validation and protein purification.
  • Experience in regulated activities and used to documenting results and other work according to routines and regulations.
  • B-driving license.

You are structured, analytical and have the ability to take the big picture into account without losing focus on delivery. You appreciate variety in tasks and adapting to change comes naturally.
