As a Production Engineer (PME), you work in a team within a value stream or project where your mission is, together with your team, to ensure that we deliver at the right quality, right cost and on time. You work daily to ensure product quality and delivery as well as more long-term to implement planned improvement assignments.

You coordinate activities linked to production preparation, tool manufacturing, tool design, method technology, etc.

 Focus is the development of products in additive manufacturing where we strive for zero errors, which we achieve through a mindset with 100% focus on quality and with the help of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC and Problem Solving.

 Strong teams are fundamental to achieving our goals, whereupon you within the team contribute both with your competence, curiosity and team spirit to create a work climate with a winning culture.

 You have a close dialog with operators and other engineers and technicians in the daily work, as well as participate in dialogue with the customer regarding production technical issues.

 You participate in technology development and industrialize new methods, processes and working methods to meet strategies in the field and on the product.


Requirement specification

We are looking for a University engineer in mechanical engineering or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. You have your own drive and willingness to learn new things, both in working methods and technologies. You enjoy working in a team and are fearless and self-driven.

You do not give up until you get an answer or find a solution. It is desirable that you are fact-oriented and have an analytical ability to make logical reasoning and base decisions on facts. The work requires good knowledge of both Swedish and English and therefore we see it as a requirement.

It is meritorious if you have worked in early phases of production and have knowledge of FAI and frozen processes. In addition, it is positive if you have knowledge of welding, additive manufacturing, fabrications, non-destructive testing, surface improvement processes and/or control methods. Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, Problem solving is also meritorious.
