About the role
Are you a mechanical engineer looking for a varied role where your personal development and technical skills are in focus? Do you want to work in an environment where innovation and new thinking are a given? For AFRY's business area Product and Software Engineering, we are currently looking for five new mechanical engineers. The location will be at one of our offices in Helsingborg, Halmstad, Växjö, Karlshamn or Hässleholm.
As a consultant with us, you will work on exciting and varied projects in different industries. You work long-term with the customer and thus you become an important part of our customers' development team. The role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your skills and explore new directions without having to change employers.
In this role, you will take responsibility for designs throughout the process, from idea and concept to finished delivery. The work includes everything from plastic construction and fine mechanics to special machines and heavier constructions. Requirement specification
To succeed in the role, we are looking for you who have a university education in mechanical engineering, product development or as a mechanical engineer. You have the ability to independently drive projects forward, and you are a skilled communicator who thrives on collaboration. A structured approach and a good ability to manage and coordinate information are essential for the role. We also see that you have good knowledge of CAD programs such as SolidWorks and / or Inventor, and that you are fluent in both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
