About the role

Are you a committed mechanical engineer driven by technical challenges and sustainable development? Do you want to help create the solutions of the future in mechanics and product development? Then you could be the one we are looking for to join our growing team within Sustainable Mechanical Engineering in Gothenburg.

We are looking for skilled mechanical engineers who want to be involved in exciting projects in various industries, outside the automotive industry. With us, you will work both in assignments at customer sites and in larger in-house projects, where you collaborate with our product and production developers and our experts in embedded systems. The role means that you will be involved in both small and large projects, from concept development to finished product, where you have the opportunity to develop together with some of the industry's leading companies.

Responsibilities

As a mechanical designer, you will work on designing and developing mechanical components and systems. You will manage modeling, simulation and design in CAD tools and actively participate in the full life cycle of projects, from early concept phase to finished product. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to creating technical solutions that meet our customers' needs and help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

To fit into the role, we look for you to have several years of experience in mechanical product development and a strong technical background. You have a relevant education in mechanics, mechanical engineering or product development and are used to working with CAD tools such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Catia or Creo. You are communicative, curious and enjoy collaborating both within the team and with customers. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a B driving license.

We also value your creativity and your ability to think innovatively. Being a problem solver with an eye for detail, while being able to see the big picture, are important qualities with us.
