About the role
For our offices in Umeå, Örnsköldsvik, Skellefteå and in Lycksele, we are now looking for assignment managers. Are you the one we are looking for?

In the Civil Engineering business area in Sweden alone, nearly 1,400 specialists work successfully with, among other things, our strategic sustainability services, assignments and projects. In the role of assignment leader, you will be responsible for leading your assignment team in the right direction and delivering good results to our customers. With us, you will follow the projects from early stage to delivery and follow-up.
We have a broad project portfolio where we have assignments together with private clients such as contractors, developers and industrial companies but also the Swedish Transport Administration and municipalities. Thanks to the knowledge and experience of our employees, we can offer support in projects of all types and sizes.
Our work climate is characterized by collaboration and creativity where, for example, through an active and appreciated technical network for project managers, we learn from each other and together find new solutions.
Requirement specification
We are looking for you who have several years of experience as a project manager, have worked in multidisciplinary projects and want to take an even more senior role in leading complex projects and acting as a mentor to others.
It is likely that you are currently working in project management as a consultant. You have a good understanding of different phases and are well versed in issues related to different technical areas. For you, it is natural to share your knowledge and you are keen to develop the project members within the assignment. Giving feedback and motivating is something you thrive on.
As a person, you are confident in yourself, you engage and inspire your colleagues with clear goals, while contributing to a pleasant working climate. You create good relationships internally and with the customer, are both responsive to requests and have the courage to speak up when needed.
We would like you to have an academic degree or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way. In the role, you will have contact with various clients and colleagues and therefore need to have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
