Job description

The section is in an expansive phase and sees that our commitment and know-how are sought after on the market. Our brand is strong and the team consists of committed and driven employees who help each other and work together. We try to stretch the traditional and think outside the box to increase quality and value for our customers. We want to go the extra mile. We want to make a difference in society, in the industry and for future generations!

We thrive best in teams and strive to utilize and share skills and experience. With competent and committed employees, we pilot the projects to port, from idea to reality. We have a fantastic development with very good growth and profitability.

In order to meet the challenges of the future, we now want to supplement the section with an operational manager. Together with your manager, the Section Manager, you will lead the business forward. The operational manager's responsibility consists of working closely with the employees and following up on their needs. This can include, among other things, holding employee interviews, managing the daily staffing of the business and being the driving force in the section's recruitment work. Together with the Section Manager, you will set various goals for the business, which you will then help implement practically and report back to the Section Manager. To help you, there are several group managers who report directly to the operational manager.

The role of Operations Manager is new and this means that you will have a great opportunity to shape and develop how the work should look.

Requirements specification

We see that you have at least 8 years of experience. Where you got that experience from is not as important, what is important is your understanding of the construction industry and its challenges. To be able to handle the role, you need to have a broad network and knowledge of the industry. Nurturing and creating new relationships with customers is something that comes naturally to you. We are looking for you who are passionate about working with goals and like to put them into practice.

In terms of education, we believe that you have a relevant education or have acquired equivalent knowledge through, for example, work experience.

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal skills, with a focus on your business acumen , relationship building , communication and service . You understand and apply the business's strategies and priorities, as well as focus on value-creating projects and take calculated risks to achieve the business's goals. Being able to build and nurture professional contacts, both internally and externally, is an important part of our collaboration.
