Job description

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a production technician. The company is active in the aerospace industry and is engaged in advanced development and manufacturing. There are great opportunities to develop in advanced production technology with exciting products. 

As a Production Engineer (PME) you work in a team within a value stream or project where your mission is, together with your team, to ensure that we deliver to the right quality, the right cost and on time. You work daily to ensure product quality and delivery as well as more long-term to implement planned improvement assignments. 

You coordinate activities linked to production preparation, tool manufacturing, tool design, method technology, etc. 
- The focus is development and improvement of products where the customer strives for zero defects. * Strong teams are fundamental to achieving our goals, whereupon you within the team contribute both with your competence, curiosity and team spirit to create a working climate with a winning culture. * You have a close dialog with operators and other engineers in the daily work, as well as participate in dialogue with the customer regarding production technology issues. * You participate in technology development and industrialize new methods, processes and working methods to meet strategies in the field and on the product.

Qualifications

The applicant has: 
* Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
* You are driven and have a strong desire to learn
* Fearless and self-driven
* You have an analytical ability to make logical reasoning and base decisions on facts

The work requires good knowledge of both Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have:
* Worked in early phases of production and have knowledge of FAI and frozen processes
* Knowledge of quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC and problem solving
* Knowledge and experience of welding, additive manufacturing, fabrications, NDT

The job requires a high level of on-site presence. You will also need to undergo a security clearance for the role.
