Job description

We are currently looking for a Production Technical Administrator for a placement with customer located in Örnsköldsvik

As a Production Technical Administrator you will be responsible for a wide range of technical and administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving non-conformances, helping to implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize future occurrences.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions and technical specifications.
  • Lead problem solving initiatives and utilize analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including Production Engineering, Engineering, Planning and Purchasing, to ensure seamless operations and project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain technical databases and ensure data is accurate and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain dialog with Production Engineering, Engineering, Planning and Purchasing departments to resolve technical issues and manage relationships effectively.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems and ensure smooth integration with existing processes.

The role involves close collaboration with various departments such as production engineering, technology, planning and purchasing departments. The role therefore requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You must be proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment

 

Qualifications

The role involves working at a client's site within the defense industry. A security clearance will therefore be carried out and you need to be comfortable with this.

The role involves 100% onsite at the client's site unless otherwise agreed with the client.

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this role
