About the role
Are you committed, skilled in production engineering and communicative? Do you want to work with varied tasks close to production? Then we have the position for you!
We are currently looking for production technicians for our Product Development section in Örebro where you will work with production technology at our customers in the telecom, automotive, defense, manufacturing and mining industries.
It is a broad role where you will be an important link between product development / design and production. You will work with production layout development, tool design, new production equipment acquisition. Also introduction of new products, drawing critique, preparation, machine capacity, method selection and programming. Furthermore, you will work closely with project managers, investigate and act on disturbances and deviations. Management, planning and implementation of improvement measures.
Requirement specification
We believe that you have worked for a few years as a production technician and would like to see that you have a degree from a technical college or equivalent. You have a genuine interest in production technology and are committed to working with prototyping, continuous improvement, increasing production efficiency and improving the working environment. We would like to see that you have knowledge in CAD & drawing reading. Knowledge of quality control documentation such as FMEA.
As a person, you are curious and solution-oriented. You are outgoing, easy to connect with new people and like to work in teams. Furthermore, you are energetic and focus on delivering high service within the deadline.
You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing and a B-driving license is a requirement as travel to customers around the region may occur.
