We are now looking for Production Technicians for a client in the defense industry
The client is a company that delivers advanced, technical solutions in defense, aerospace and security with a focus on development, manufacturing and support for the world market. They are facing a period of several exciting changes and challenges and now need the support of production engineers with an interest in production and projects.
The tasks include:
Preparation / development of:
-Balancing documents, Production layouts, Risk assessments, PFMEA
-Standards, Ergonomic solutions and work instructions
-Purchasing of tools and equipment
-Layout, Material presentations
-Time studies, frequency studies, staffing data
-Documentation management
-Deviation management, change management and problem solving
You will have a central role where you will have the opportunity to work on technical challenges, often in teams together with other production technicians and operators. Coordination of activities related to methods, processes, tools and machines will be part of your everyday life.
The role is located at the customer's premises in Örnsköldsvik.
The customer is in the defense industry. Therefore, a security clearance will need to be conducted. You need to be comfortable with this.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we believe that you have a university degree as an engineer - preferably with a mechanical engineering focus and have also accumulated 2-5 years of work experience as a production technician. Extensive experience and solid knowledge in the production technology profession is also merited. You have a keen interest in technology and an analytical ability but are not afraid to work hands-on and spend much of your time in production. You enjoy working with other people and are driven to see results and to develop. You are a down-to-earth person with good communication skills and realize that the team is stronger than the self.
As a person, you are analytical, fearless and have a self-driven ability.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. If you have also worked with time studies and capacity calculations, this is a merit.
