Job description
In the dynamic Innovatum District in Trollhättan, AFRY has a new and fresh office with about 200 employees. We now need a person who can keep us in order, both in the office environment and our financial management. We are looking for an energetic and enterprising person who is ready to move in where needed, with the main focus on two areas; Project administration and financial support and Office Coordinator. The position will initially have most focus on Project Administration and Financial Support to eventually grow into the Office Coordinator role as well.
As Project Administration and Financial Support, you will act as a project administrator and financial assistant towards the local business. You will work with financial administration around various projects, sub-consultants, pool cars and be independently responsible for invoicing and assignment management as well as customer and supplier ledgers. In the role, you have many contact areas such as mission leaders and managers as well as financial functions within the organization.
In the role of Office Coordinator for our office in Trollhättan, you will have the opportunity to arrange internal activities and manage our internal communication around the office. You will be responsible for the purchase and administration of certain consumables. You will be responsible for case management internally as well as externally towards property owners and service providers.
The key in this role is to be available to managers and employees in the office, and to see needs that arise. Therefore, this is a role with daily presence in the office in Trollhättan. There will be some freedom to design the role yourself based on personal characteristics!
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in economics and preferably experience from similar tasks. You express yourself fluently in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. This role suits you who enjoy working at a sometimes fast pace and with many contacts around the organization.
We would like you to be well rooted in Trollhättan and have a social and positive appearance. We believe that you are careful and structured, as well as service-oriented and want to deliver with high quality. To thrive in the group, you are unpretentious, communicative and solution-oriented - just like the rest of the team.
You have previous experience of systems such as IFS, SAP Concur and Dynamics 365.
