About the role
AFRY has expertise in the entire project chain, from idea to completed facility, and we are involved in many of the industrial projects in our region. We take responsibility for everything from investigations and feasibility studies to process design, project planning and calculation, project management and also installation management. We are now recruiting Project and Construction Managers with relevant technical background and industry experience.
The position means that you work in consulting assignments as a project manager with a focus on construction. In parallel with the construction project manager role, you will be involved in sales and participate in new recruitment. Placement will take place at one of our offices in Luleå, Skellefteå or Umeå.
Requirements specification
You are committed and passionate about solving our customers' challenges. You enjoy working in a team as well as on your own. We value a good business approach highly as our contact areas, both internally and externally, are based on cooperation and good relationships.
We are looking for you who have good leadership skills and are used to working with a team. You have at least a university engineering degree or equivalent and have solid experience of the construction industry towards the industry, have good market knowledge, as well as a large network of contacts and have previously worked in a role as a project manager, contractor, consultant, BAS-P / BAS-U, client, etc. You want to create new business and develop the business, you are business-minded and understand what the consulting role means.

You have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a driving license (B).
