Job description
We are looking for more construction / project managers in Buildings / Properties for our offices in Gävleborg and Dalarna! With us, you get the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where we value collaboration and skills development.
As a construction/project manager, you are responsible for coordinating and following up projects during the various stages of the construction process. Construction inspection, KA and more are areas we are looking for expertise in.
You will coordinate several different parts that span many areas of expertise and guide the joint work towards the overall goals of the project. In our assignments, we work in teams where junior consultants collaborate with more experienced colleagues to develop together.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years' experience of construction/project management in hospitals, swimming pools, housing, commercial properties or similar.
- A university/civil engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A keen interest in project management and a desire to develop in exciting projects.
- Experience from consulting companies or contractors in the industry is meritorious.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Committed team player with a high level of ambition and interest in development.
- Results-oriented with an eye for business.
