About the role

At Real Estate Facility Workplace, we create environments where people and teams can achieve their goals. Real Estate Facility & Workplace has overall responsibility for all leases, the development of the physical workplace and Facility Services. You will work based on AFRY's values - Brave - Devoted - Teamplayer and follow the overall goals of the business.

Are you a driven and experienced project manager with a keen interest in real estate? AFRY Real Estate & Facility is now looking for a Project Manager who will lead and drive internal projects related to our office space. You will be a key person in the decision-making process around whether we should stay in existing premises or move to new ones.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with management, property owners and internal stakeholders to ensure that our premises meet future needs and requirements. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and following up on the project, focusing on time, budget and quality.

Your duties will include:

• Leading and coordinating projects related to office space within AFRY.
• Assessing space needs and conducting analysis to determine whether existing space should be used or whether new options should be considered.
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of relocation projects or refurbishments.
• Manage communication and collaboration with property owners, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget and that they meet business requirements and expectations.

Requirements specification

Who are you?

To succeed well and thrive in your role as a project manager, we would like you to have:

• Relevant academic education or equivalent with a focus on construction technology or real estate
• Have several years of project management experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• A structured and used to managing several parallel projects with high demands on time and quality.
• Have good communication and collaboration skills, and thrive on leading cross-functional teams.
• Usually used to working with budget, time planning and follow-up.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English well in speech and writing as this is required in dialog with both customers and colleagues.
