About the role

As a Project Manager with us, you will run small, medium or large projects for some of the market's most exciting companies. In addition, in many cases you will work with the most modern methods in project management.

In your role, you help our customers meet the demands placed on their business. For example, your assignment may include:

• Responsible for the development of a product and leading a team of engineers from different disciplines - from concept to production, through requirements, design, verification/validation and production.
• Business development: to produce a documented development methodology on behalf of the customer, which includes identification of needs, anchoring of proposals, decisions on system support, etc.

The projects can be conducted at our customers in Greater Stockholm (from Uppsala in the north to Södertälje in the south) or at our own premises in Solna. You will be surrounded by many competent colleagues and an active exchange of experience. Our customers are mainly represented in the telecom, automotive, pharmaceutical, engineering, medical technology and defense industries.

Requirement specification

You have an engineering degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or engineering physics. You have been running your own projects for at least 5 years, preferably in product development companies and/or in industrial projects. We would like your experience to come from several of the above industries, as our customers' requirements and wishes vary over time. It is meritorious if you also have experience from projects with both software, mechanics and electronics.

As a Project Manager, you stand for drive, communication and clarity! You plan and drive both your own and others' work forward while always delivering results on schedule. You are motivated by identifying new solutions and creating business opportunities. You must have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing. If you are not already certified according to PRINCE2 and/or PMI, you will be offered this through us.
