About the role

Our client located in Södertälje is facing a period of several exciting changes and challenges and needs new support from an engineer with an interest in production and projects. You will act as a project manager linked to machine procurement and machine installations.

You will have a central role within your production unit where you will have the opportunity to work on technical challenges, often in teams together with other engineers and operators. You will have a fast-paced job with a high technical content.

Requirement specification

You already have a civil engineering education, preferably in mechanical engineering or industrial economics. We further expect you to have 3-5 years of work experience in machine installation or similar tasks in a production environment.

You have a keen interest in technology and an analytical ability but are not afraid to work hands-on and spend much of your time in production. You will continuously learn and develop in your role and you look forward to taking on more responsibility as you prove your capability.

Complex problem solving is something you are driven by and you solve problems in a structured way. You are a down-to-earth person with good communication skills and realize that the team is stronger than the self.

As a person, you are driven and fearless and have an interest in personal development. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

This position is part of the AFRY Future Graduate Program (see more below) and means that the door is open for employment both with AFRY and our client after initial fixed-term employment with AFRY.

AFRY's Future concept is done in collaboration with the client and you get to try out the consulting role during the assignment while getting a good insight into a very exciting client from day 1. After completing the Future assignment, there is the possibility of further employment both with the client and AFRY.
