The Product Development section in Borlänge consists of a multidisciplinary team of mechanical designers, electronics developers, project managers and measurement engineers. We help our customers develop the products of tomorrow and are currently looking for a Project Manager to run technical projects.

Exciting challenges and opportunities are available in the role of consultant. We serve companies in the region with product development expertise and the projects can, for example, concern the development of products for the electric power industry, consumer products, measurement technology products or mechanical designs.

You will work with interesting technology projects where you will have overall responsibility for planning, budget, resource assurance in the project, steering group presentations and project delivery at our customers. You will have the opportunity to work on different types of projects from concept study, feasibility study, industrialization project, investment project to delivery of finished product.

Requirement specification

As a person, you are ambitious, like to lead teams towards common goals and are communicative. You like to take on new challenges, find it easy to connect with new people and know how to act to get the team on board.

To succeed in the role, you should have worked as a project manager for a few years and have an interest in technology. If you have worked with agile methods / processes and / or are certified in project management, it is an advantage but not a requirement.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing and a B driving license is desirable as travel to customers around the region occurs, especially Borlänge / Ludvika.
