About the role

As a project manager, you are the spider in the web and work with cross-functional groups, with responsibility for driving the projects forward. Among other things, you are responsible for organizing, leading and performing everything required to run and deliver projects.

Some assignments take place at customer sites where you contribute your expertise directly on site, while other projects are run in-house in close collaboration with our own teams. Requirements

We value your leadership and technical skills! As a project manager with us, you need to have strong technical understanding, drive and a solution-oriented approach. You are a coaching leader who inspires your team and creates a learning environment. The role involves collaboration with many different functions, so your ability to communicate complex content in a simple and clear way is essential.


We also have some points that we think are important for you to succeed in the role:

  • Relevant academic education
  • Some years of work experience in technical project management and design in the manufacturing industry
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing
  • Experience of working in the automotive industry is highly meritorious
