About the role
We are looking for you who are experienced and established as a project manager, technical manager or inspector in construction, real estate and management to join a winning team.
The Facility Solutions section is part of the Building & Project Solutions Öresund market area. The market area has offices and colleagues in Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg, Hässleholm, Jönköping, Karlskrona, Kristianstad, Oskarshamn and Växjö.
You will belong to the Facility Solutions section with the possibility of starting from AFRY's offices in Malmö or Helsingborg. We offer services throughout the entire construction and management process and believe that digitalization is crucial throughout the entire life cycle.
You will work with colleagues whose expertise is both broad and deep, with specialties in, for example, energy efficiency, inventory, management, project management and digitalization.
We believe that you love the contact with people and are good at leading towards jointly set goals. You understand the importance of communication and coordination both within the group and with our clients and other stakeholders.
As an assignment manager, you will be responsible for managing assignments in their entirety in terms of customer responsibility, execution, quality, resource planning, time and finances. You are also involved in the department's marketing and tender work.
Our customers are in both the private and public sectors and the projects range from smaller remodeling and extensions to really large new construction and prestige projects. The assignments range from maintenance planning for BRFs, status inspections, energy surveys all the way to complex Construction Management assignments. Our good cooperation within AFRY's other disciplines also generates lots of exciting assignments and opportunities for development.
Requirement specification
We are looking for you who have more than 7 years of experience in project management, management and / or inspection in construction and real estate, which should be documented in your CV. You who apply have a university or civil engineering degree or similar, or equivalent work experience. Certification as a project manager, construction manager, inspector, inspection manager or accessibility expert is an advantage.
As a person, you are clear and structured and you see good communication as a natural part of your way of working. You have a drive to motivate and engage colleagues and maintain good relationships with our customers.
Understanding the digital business and the link between BIM, project management and management is obvious to you. If you also have a well-developed sustainability mindset and are well updated in environmental building, it is a big plus.
As a person, you are positive and committed with a well-developed self-leadership. You understand the importance of communication and coordination both within the group and with the customer and other stakeholders. You are good at leading a group towards set goals, in your project group everyone knows what is expected of them and is given good conditions to prioritize in line with the project's goals.

You are driven and deliver with quality. To thrive with us, you should be flexible and independent, interested in value creation in the client's business, and motivated for the group's joint learning and development.
The Swedish language should be fluent in writing and speech.
