About the role

We are looking for a driven technical project manager to lead and develop our projects in industrial digitization for industry. This is a key role where you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of technically advanced projects, ensuring they meet both timeframes and quality requirements, and effectively managing resources and teams to achieve objectives. You will often work closely with technology and with a team of developers and technicians.

You will have a key role in the section where you will have the opportunity to influence the technical solution of the projects through your experience, while having overall responsibility for project delivery. Together with the team, you will be a central part of creating modern and sustainable technical solutions for our customers. In this role, there are good opportunities for personal development and also to be involved in developing the future of the section.

You will lead projects ranging from implementing advanced digital software solutions to optimizing production processes. Your projects may include automation and equipment integration, data-driven decision making, machine vision and much more, depending on the needs of our customers in the respective industry.

Requirement specification

We believe you have:

• Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience. Experience as a technical project manager or similar role in IT, with an emphasis on industrial digitization or equivalent.
• Practical experience from different types of projects and thus an ability to guide others forward.
• Ability to understand customer value, communicate project goals, the way forward and simplify complex issues.
• Competence in software development and meritorious if it has been towards industry.
• Master both the Swedish and English language very well both orally and in writing.
