Our assignments include everything from idea and feasibility studies, project planning, project management, energy coordination, technical advice, inspection, commissioning and management services.
We currently work with some of the largest projects in Sweden as well as with large and small players in the real estate industry. We are looking for you who are ready to take on the challenge of developing both yourself and us within our HVAC department in Östergötland.
In the role of assignment leader, you will be responsible for leading assignments in their entirety in terms of execution, quality, resource planning, times and finances. Supervision and training of junior consultants is a natural part of your work.
Requirements
As a person, you have high ambitions and want to develop both yourself and the technology. You probably have a university degree or other equivalent education with a focus on HVAC or energy systems. Alternatively, you have acquired the knowledge through work and experience. Even the vocational 2-year courses may be right in the context.
You have at least 5 years of work experience in the field from the real estate or industrial sector as a consultant, supplier or contractor.
You have good knowledge of Swedish both in speech and writing, and hold a driving license (B). You have a solid system understanding of HVAC systems and the construction process. Knowledge of Magicad and/or Revit is a requirement.
We see that you are a driven and outgoing person and that you work equally well in groups as independently. You have easy to make and maintain contacts and to be businesslike.
