Job description
We are looking for a senior HVAC engineer/Contract manager with several years of experience who can independently manage large or medium-sized projects. We work with all kinds of projects, such as industry and international and safety-classified assignments.
We are constantly growing and are now looking for new colleagues as project managers in HVAC for our HVAC section with offices in Kristianstad and Hässleholm. We are looking for you who find challenges in projects and have experience from HVAC constructions or assembly and project management. We believe that you have the will and ability to find the optimal solution for the assignment where the customer is the main driving force. In the role of project manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing assignments in their entirety with responsibility for execution and finance. The project manager role also means that you will lead more junior employees and help train new employees. The work includes everything from early customer contacts, quotation work and investigations to project implementation and inspection and follow-up in the management phase. Qualifications
We would like you to have several years of experience in the HVAC industry as a consultant. We believe that you have a relevant post-secondary education or alternatively acquired equivalent knowledge in working life. You see cooperation as a prerequisite for achieving results.
We also believe that you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment characterized by strong growth. You enjoy challenges and have a natural aptitude for building long-term and sustainable relationships with colleagues and customers. Problem solving is for you a natural part of the job and you are happy to participate in technical discussions in the assignments.
Although we are an international company, it is a requirement that you master the Swedish language orally as well as in writing to meet our customers' needs.
