Project Manager with IT focus - Make a real difference!

We work closely with customers in the defense sector and we are looking for you who are ready to take on more responsibility in a leading and driving role.
As a Project Manager with us, you will:
- Lead and drive IT projects from start to finish
- Plan, follow up and ensure delivery on time and on budget
- Work closely with developers, testers and other key roles to create efficient work processes
- Communicate and manage stakeholders at different levels
- Advance and modernize existing systems
Qualifications
Qualifications we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in managing IT projects, preferably in systems development
- A minimum of a university degree with a technical focus
- Experience in various project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or PM3
- Experience working with tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps is meritorious
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is meritorious
- Technical background in software development, systems engineering, networking or IT architecture is meritorious
- If you have worked with authorities, it is also meritorious
In addition to the above, we want you to be a good communicator and master both Swedish and English. You also have a basic understanding of IT security and requirements management.

- Structured and organized - plans, prioritizes and drives projects forward with clear goals and follow-up.
- Communicative and responsive - adapts communication to the recipient and can explain complex issues in a clear way.
- Problem solving and decisive - identifies challenges, finds solutions and dares to make decisions when needed.
- To succeed in the role, we believe that you are a person who creates commitment in what you do and that you drive the work forward, with results in sight.
Other:
This position involves placement in a security class. Security clearance with register check will be carried out before security-classified assignment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
