About the role

We are now looking for a quality engineer who wants to be involved in coordinating quality assurance in projects. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute with, among other things, expertise in quality standards and communicate requirements and expectations. In the role of quality engineer, you coordinate, recommend and plan quality assurance activities to be carried out in assigned projects.

You drive and are responsible for improvement measures to continuously improve the quality of our customers' products and our way of working. This is done both by working with a cross-functional team to find solutions to problems that arise and by working long-term with quality and process improvement measures.

Your main tasks may include:

• Ensure product quality and be responsible for quality assurance activities and working methods
• Continuously follow up the quality situation and, if necessary, initiate quality assurance measures
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of reviews and decision forums
• Contribute to broadening the department's overall competence

To our Quality Engineering (QE) market area, we are now looking for new employees for several of our offices in Sweden. In our team we are everything from new graduates to seniors with a broad competence in quality, welding and materials.

Requirement specification

Suitable education is a civil engineer or university engineer with 3-5 years of work experience.

As a person, you are driven and responsible. We also believe that you are a good communicator with good ability to report and present quality-related milestones. You enjoy working in a team but also independently under your own responsibility.

It is meritorious if you have the following experience:

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or EN9100
• IPC-610, IPC-620 and IPC-640
• Lean Six Sigma - DMAIC
• FAI (First Article Inspection), according to EN9102

As much of the work can also be towards international customers, you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.

The position may require you to undergo and pass a security clearance, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
