At the same time as you have a supportive and coaching manager.

We are a committed team that focuses on helping our customers in Life Science in Mälardalen. You will have colleagues based in our offices in Solna, Uppsala and Södertälje and we are flexible with which office you have as your base.

Are you looking for new challenges in validation - maybe the next step is with us?

About the role:

We are looking for you who want to continue to develop in validation, either as a validation engineer or validation leader. The validation work is mainly carried out at our customers or sometimes internally at AFRY. It can involve validating production equipment or analytical equipment in the lab, and covers everything from entire production lines to individual machines or smaller lab equipment. The role involves planning, documenting and executing DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ and/or leading validation and qualification activities, depending on your experience and skills.

As a Validation Leader, you will have a central role in coordinating a team of validation engineers. An important part of your responsibility will be to coach and support your junior colleagues, acting as a mentor and contributing to their development - an effort that will be highly appreciated by the team.

The role may also involve travel when performing FAT, both within Sweden and in Europe.
