Job description

Do you share our belief that doing the right thing should be easy? Do you want to help our customers move their management system from dusty binders in the attic to a living and integrated support in the organization? As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to help our customers with various types of quality and process-related tasks such as:

• Building new or improving existing processes
• Building new management systems
• Working with process owners to implement processes
• Holding training courses
• Conducting audits
• Working in quality-related processes such as changes and deviations.

You will work with many different customer interfaces and are expected to be a driving force in the daily work. Most of our assignments take place at the customer's site, so you must be able to manage the balance between being part of, and actively contributing to, our section while sitting at the customer's site.

Who are we?

Our Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) section consists of about 30 employees in Mälardalen, Malmö and Gothenburg. The section is run by Britta-Stina together with group manager Lars and our team leader Jacob. Among our employees, who are everything from new graduates to seniors, there is a broad competence in quality, compliance and business development. We work with products throughout their life cycle or processes throughout the company's organization in different industries and organizations.

Qualifications

You are trustworthy and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new environments, industries and products. You are independent and also happy to work with other colleagues to share your knowledge. We hope you will learn as much from us as we will learn from you!  

You also have:

• 3-8 years of experience in quality-related tasks
• a relevant university or civil engineering degree
• worked with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 27001 or 45001 in a manufacturing organization or within a municipality or county council

Of course, you are careful and quality-conscious with a dose of pragmatism and have good knowledge of Swedish and English both in speech and writing. We value knowledge and experience of supplier management, change or deviation management and the application of audits.
