Job description

Are you a quality-minded engineer at the beginning of your career who wants to work closely with production at our exciting clients? Are you a problem solver who works equally well on your own and with others? Then you might be our next colleague!

In your role as a junior quality consultant, you will be on assignment at one of our customers and e.g. work with:

• Investigating quality problems or conducting deviation investigations.
• Developing process descriptions, creating smart templates and writing easy-to-read work instructions.
• Follow up product quality and suppliers through measurement or arrival control.
• Interpret and translate requirements from authorities and customers.

Who are we?

Our Compliance & Quality Management (CQM) section consists of about 30 employees in Mälardalen, Malmö and Gothenburg. The section is run by Britta-Stina together with group manager Lars and our team leader Jacob. Among our employees, who are everything from new graduates to seniors, there is a broad competence in quality, compliance and business development. We work with products throughout their life cycle or processes throughout the company's organization in different industries and organizations.

Qualifications

You are trustworthy and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new environments, industries and products. You are independent and also happy to work with other colleagues to share your knowledge. 

You are a university/civil engineer at the beginning of your career who finds quality and standards exciting! If you have one or more years of experience in the field, it is of course interesting but not a requirement.

You have knowledge of quality management systems, process optimization and project management.

Of course, you are careful and quality-conscious with a dose of pragmatism and have good knowledge of Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
