We are now looking for another Consulting Manager to join our Product Development group.

About the role
In AFRY's Connected Products business area in Stockholm, we move broadly between the technology areas of electronics, software, mechanics and project management. Our customers develop the technology of the future in a wide range of different industries and product areas, which means that we can offer our consultants and you great variety in the work.
You will be part of a fantastic team of 5 managerial colleagues and salespeople with a lot of experience and knowledge who like to help each other!
As a section manager with us, you work with sales, personnel, recruitment, finance and strategies. You will be responsible for your own consulting group with about 15 electronics developers. In addition to taking good care of your staff, you will, together with a large number of other colleagues, look for matching assignments with both new and existing customers.
Requirement specification
We are looking for you who are a positive and business-oriented team player, motivated by creating many and good relationships with both customers and employees. You like challenges and are driven by achieving set goals. You get energy from doing business and like to find new business opportunities as a large focus will be on our customers.
You will have staff responsibility and sales responsibility, and you will have a free role where you develop your group and your customer responsibility.
As a leader, you have a coaching style and you are passionate about working with people and getting them to develop.
To fit into this role, your personality and your driving forces are important, but it is also a great advantage if you have an understanding of product development and in particular in electronics. You may have worked as a developer yourself or project managed in these areas before.
We believe that you:
- Have an education as a Civil or University Engineer or similar
- Have experience in electronics development
- Have experience in sales of services and/or products.
- Have experience from a leading role
- Have experience as a consultant (not required)
- Express yourself fluently in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing as the role involves many contacts both internally and externally.
- Have a Swedish B-driving license.
