Job description

Do you want to help develop the business for our automation solutions? Do you have a sense of what customer needs may exist in the Swedish manufacturing industry and how these can be met with innovative solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for the sale of our broad offering in automation solutions in the production environment. You will be involved from the start and drive business, develop customer relationships, project follow-up and develop processes and working methods. You will have the opportunity to influence your work and the strategic development of our offer in automation solutions.

The role will involve, among other things

• Strategy work and offer development.
• Operative work in our delivery.
• Developing existing and new customer relationships and identifying our customers' needs.
• Contact with component and customer suppliers.
• Presenting solutions developed by various experts within AFRY.
• Handling quotation requests.
• Negotiating agreements and contracts.

We are looking for you who have a good knowledge of the industry and a solid background in sales, production, system design or project delivery. We are looking for you who communicate with people with ease and are a good problem solver. For this role, your personal qualities are the most important thing for us, but we also want you to have some kind of leadership experience from before.

Qualifications

We believe that you have a natural aptitude for creating long-term and sustainable relationships with colleagues and customers.

You who apply have the following:

• Experience in sales, if you also have experience of B2B sales, it is meritorious.
• Experience from automation, production development or logistics.
• Experience in robotic automation is meritorious.
• Technical education at university level is meritorious.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• B Driving license.

Our customers are located all over the country but preferably within a 30 mile radius from the place of execution. It is thus important that you can travel in the service.
