About the role

Welcome to AFRY and Quality Engineering! We are now looking for a committed and inspiring Section Manager for our operations in Norrland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with varied tasks and many contact surfaces, with a strong focus on customer relations. You will lead the sales and tender work and be responsible for the section's results and financial development. As a leader, you will develop existing employees and recruit new talents to our team.

The business within our business area Specialized Technical Services (STS) in Örnsköldsvik currently consists of 9 employees, and we see great potential to grow and become more employees in the long run. We look forward to you coming in with energy and a desire to further develop our fantastic team of competent Project Managers, Quality and Welding Engineers.

The role includes, among other things:

• Drive the sales and tender work
• Responsible for the section's results and financial development
• Lead and develop existing employees and recruit new ones
• Collaborate closely with the immediate manager and the business area's management team
• Develop the section further with your experience and skills

Requirements specification

To succeed in the role, we believe that you have:

• Experience in developing and improving businesses and people
• Experience in personnel responsibility and as a manager
• Experience in working with sales, budget and results
• Civil engineer or equivalent background
• B-driving license and good knowledge of Swedish and English

As a person, you are communicative, curious and good at building good relationships. You may have a great interest in technology and sales.
