Job description

At AFRY Advanced Automation, you will have the opportunity to grow in a varied and meaningful role, working on exciting projects and making a real difference. As an automation engineer, you will take on a variety of tasks, including analyzing needs and solving problems in customers' production, designing automation solutions for both hardware and software, and contributing to calculation and quotation work. The role also includes PLC and HMI/SCADA programming, leading sub-projects and participating in commissioning and tests such as FAT and SAT. In addition, you will troubleshoot systems and solutions to ensure smooth operation.

We place great emphasis on your ability to work independently and handle complex assignments. You are a structured and solution-oriented automation engineer with a great interest in technology. Your analytical ability and curiosity will help you find the best solutions for the customer.

In addition to these personal qualities, we are looking for you who have:

• Experience working as an automation engineer and can solve composite assignments with both PLC and HMI / SCADA.
• Technical education from university, vocational college or equivalent experience.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.
• B-driving license, as travel occurs in the service.
