About the role
In the role of Data Engineer/Data Analyst, you will collect, process, analyze and visualize data to create valuable insights for our clients. Depending on the assignment, you will work independently or together with colleagues in our organization. You will be part of a team of data scientists, developers, architects and other experts.

What does the position of Data Engineer/Data Analyst mean with us?
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines for data collection, processing and storage, primarily with Microsoft Azure.
- Work with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) in Azure Data Factory.
- Lay and organize data in Azure Data Lake.
- Manage data with respect to data protection regulations (requirements may vary by project).
- Analyze large data sets with Apache Spark on Azure Databricks (PaaS).
- Create interactive reports and visualizations in Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data analysis.
- Use statistical methods and machine learning to solve business problems (depending on focus).
- Help improve data quality and data governance.
- Support customers in digitization projects and data-related improvements, including Site Tracker and Salesforce integrations.
- Use Terraform for infrastructure as code for cloud resource management.
- Receive and process market data from Montel and integrate it into Azure Databricks according to best practices for ML Ops.
- Receive and process market data from GridDime DK and Energi Data Service (energidataservice.dk).
Requirements

- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, systems science or related field.
- Many years of experience in data analysis and/or data engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks).
- Experience with SQL and databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with ETL tools and processes, preferably with a focus on Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with programming languages for data analysis (e.g. Python, R).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Databricks (PaaS).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).

Bonus qualifications
- Experience with Apache Spark.
- Familiarity with: Kafka, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, Bicep, Helm, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, Site Tracker, Salesforce, Montel, GridDime DK, Energi Data Service.
