About the role
You will have the chance to follow projects from idea to commissioned facility for various clients in the industry. In some projects you follow the client's standard and in other cases you set the standard - your expertise is therefore crucial to the success of many of our clients and AFRY. You will be working on the execution of projects as well as supporting clients' daily operations. The assignments can vary from smaller construction work such as the construction of cabinets or upgrades in existing systems to new construction and the construction of new systems and factories. You will mainly work with electrical design, but also commissioning, system descriptions and/or project management depending on your interest and experience. The role with us is broad and varied and we as an employer offer you a dynamic and developing work. With us, you will have the opportunity to work as a consultant with our exciting customers in the region, as well as being part of projects run in-house from our own offices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are motivated by working in a challenging and dynamic work environment, and have a natural interest in people and planning. You, like us, value a good business approach as our interfaces, both internally and externally, are based on collaboration and good relations. However, we consider your potential and attitude to achieve these skills to be more important than your current possession of them. What we see that you already have is the following:
- Many years of experience in electrical design in industry and are self-driven.
- Experience from basic industry, such as the steel, engineering and mining industry or other manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of any CAD tool, for example: AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or ElproCAD.
- Relevant technical education and speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English.
- As travel is included and is a natural part of the service, a driving license is a requirement.
