Job description

We are now looking for a technician to join our team at Frejgatan in central Stockholm.
We have sound designers, sound architects, sound producers, technicians and scent specialists. Our assignments are many and we work with e.g. offices, shopping centers, banks, shops, hotels, restaurants and outdoor environments.
No two days are the same as our assignments are very varied.
We work with sound and scent design in projects all over Sweden. Regular travel with stays in other places for short periods is therefore a natural part of the work.

In the role of technician, you will: 

• Work with several parallel projects, ranging from simple service cases to large sound design concepts with a focus on installation, programming and commissioning of audio technology such as speakers, amplifiers, signal processors, etc.
• Work integrated in the technical team, both operationally and administratively, and be part of a larger team including sound designers, sound architects and sound producers.
• Meet and guide clients, understanding their wishes and needs.
• Follow assigned time and project plans and contribute to the timely delivery of projects.
• Support clients and manage existing sound design concepts.
• Installation, service and support of scent installations.

The position is a temporary position for 11 months with the possibility of permanent employment.

Qualifications

• You are structured and used to following project and time plans.
• You are used to managing several ongoing works at the same time.
• You are outgoing and like to collaborate with colleagues in teams.
• You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
• You have practical experience of sound installations, AV installations or similar.
• You have a sound engineering background, preferably in the form of studies in the field.
• Good knowledge of networks, IT and electrical knowledge.
• Driving license B.
