Do you want to work with exciting products in a role that spans interfaces around the world?

We are now looking for an SQA or SQE for a customer in the defense industry.

As an SQA or SQE, you will have the opportunity to work very independently within the area of responsibility. You will have many contacts, mainly with suppliers in Sweden, Europe and the USA and Canada. You collaborate internally with engineering, purchasing and production.

In the service, it is central to ensure that suppliers deliver quality. This is done through proactive work together with the suppliers. This may include:

• Requiring the customer's quality in contracts
• Ongoing meetings with suppliers, as well as investigations
• Risk analysis and PFMEA
• Working to develop suppliers and supplier relationships
• Managing major deviations from the supply chain

The position also includes developing cooperation with suppliers for preventive purposes so that they have the capacity to meet the customer's requirements and expectations. You will need to have an understanding of supplier challenges and be able to communicate in a business-like manner to maintain good relationships with supplier management teams. Travel will be part of the role.

Qualifications

We are looking for applicants with a specialization in quality or other relevant education.

Different specializations in the role may be relevant and if you have experience in mechanics or electronics & systems, it is meritorious.

The customer has standardized and also special requirements that you need to be receptive to learning in order to succeed in your assignment.<#xa0;

As many contacts can be international, you need to have good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing.

To thrive in the role, you are expected to take great personal responsibility. You have a systematic and structured approach, are driven and take independent initiative for action and follow-up. You are a person with good communication skills who can easily build good relationships as you will have many different interfaces both within the company and with suppliers. You have the skill to build and develop long-term business relationships and yet be encouraging and challenging in your mission to support suppliers in their process and improvement work.

The position requires you to undergo and pass a security clearance, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
