About the role
We are looking to expand our bridge and civil engineering business and are looking for more committed and experienced employees who want to contribute to our positive development in the region.
We are now looking for a committed technical manager for bridge and civil engineering with flexible placement within our region. Offices within the region are Uppsala, Västerås, Karlstad, Örebro, Linköping, Norrköping and Jönköping.
As Technical Manager, you lead the design work with responsibility for quality and technology. We work with all types of assignments in bridge and civil engineering. The projects can be in both the planning and construction documentation phases. In the role of Technical Manager, you will have a natural leadership role.
We collaborate closely both nationally and internationally and you will thus have the opportunity to interact with many and develop your technical skills and together lead interesting projects to the finish line.
Requirements
We are looking for you who have at least seven years of experience in bridge and civil engineering and have a relevant education from college or university. You have experience of leading projects yourself and participating in major infrastructure projects. We would like to see that you are also interested in development and innovation.
We value that you are a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and helping others to develop. You are also proactive, communicative, efficient and able to maintain the big picture without losing sight of the details.
