Our consultants at AFRY Nuclear run projects and perform assignments in several technical areas; mechanical/process, electrical/automation, construction and industry-specific areas such as reactor safety and radioactive waste. We carry out projects of various sizes ranging from component replacements to complex modernization projects. In other words, we have a wide range of expertise that allows us to help both our customers and each other develop! We are now looking for another colleague for the role of Technical Project Manager for consulting assignments in the nuclear industry. In this role, you will enter early in the chain and lead various technical projects in the nuclear field from start to finish. The size and content of the projects may vary, from technical maintenance to decommissioning and modernization projects. You will ensure that projects are on time and on budget and that all projects comply with the strict regulatory and safety requirements of the nuclear industry. You will also work with preparation documents, needs analyses, tender reviews, feasibility studies and investigations for projects.
Our section offers you exciting tasks in a very nice and knowledgeable team, and together with the support of experienced colleagues, you will be given good opportunities to develop as a technical project manager. As a consultant in this area, you will mainly work in assignments at the customer's site, which means that travel will be a natural part of the work. Some possibility of remote work is available depending on the tasks.
